As part of our zero impact policy and as a local supplier to the festival, we understand the importance for reducing delivery mileage as far as possible.
With this in mind, the proposed specification within this tender keeps delivery and crew mileage to a minimum with all specialist items, such as staging and crowd barrier, sourced from Devon suppliers.
We are also intending to stay onsite throughout the festival, further reducing crew travel and increasing the security onsite.

The safety of all stage users, as well as the public, is of the upmost importance to Waggle Events. To ensure safety as far as reasonably possible we will carry out a full risk assessment, to include all aspects of our work and will ensure full risk assessments are provided by any specialist sub- contractors.
As you would expect, all equipment will be checked prior to installation to ensure it is fit for purpose and in a good state of repair, including PAT test certification for all electrical items.
Our crew are also actively encouraged to take ownership of the extended stage area and deal with any concerns throughout our time onsite. We will also work with the organisers to create a safe route for back stage traffic during the event.
With long working days we have allowed for a crew area to be available back stage and crew numbers that allow all crew members to take sufficient breaks.
