Half-day Workshop
At the end of this training, participants will be equipped with the knowledge to apply the skill of coaching in order to build better rela- tionships with those they lead, coach others to success, and empower others to sharpen their ability to solve problems and achieve results.
COACHING FOR MANAGERS, LEADERS & BUSINESS OWNERS
Workshop
Participants in this workshop will first complete an online Communication Impact Assessment to identify their perso- nal communication style, workplace characteristics, and sp- here of influence. Once reports are completed, participants will be shown innovative tools for deepening teamwork and collaboration to raise their awareness of how they can maximize one another’s strengths.
