45-60 min Session
We will provide a 45-60 minute group study and discussion on lessons from expert leadership teacher, consultant, and author, John C. Maxwell. This workshop will touch on 3 laws: “The Law of the Lid”- helping leaders to understand how their leadership ability determines their effectiveness, “The Law of Influence” - where each leader will come to under- stand the true measure of their leadership, and “The Law of Big Mo” - each leader will consider how momentum is their closest friend.

For this Mastermind Study we handpicked several laws of leadership that stand the test of time. They include “The Law of Solid Ground” - helping leaders to understand the power of trust,“The Law of Addition”- establishing how leaders can
add the most value, “The Law of the Picture” - each leader

will learn how the model of leadership we display sets the tone for our team. Each participant will come to discover their leadership strengths and challenges.
