TEAM COLLABORATION
Workshop
Participants in this workshop will first complete an online Communication Impact Assessment to identify their per- sonal communication style, workplace characteristics, and sphere of influence. Once reports are completed, partici- pants unpack the results in a guided workshop setting. We provide each participant with a Team Directory so team- mates can better understand one another’s communica- tion style and immediately implement a new approach.

Business leaders are often sidetracked mediating em- ployee disagreements and the enterprise is impacted by the lack of focus on results.
The DISC Assessment is a helpful tool to enable leaders to understand the motives that drive the members of their team. Once leaders learn about their own communicati- on style and how to recognize and work with the styles of others, they increase their ability to deliver great results.
