The 3 – Dimensional Z type conveyor supplied increases the overall
productivity focusing on the customer pain points and fulfilling the objectives
as stated below:
o The Z-type Conveyor is completely mounted on Pillars and beams,
saving the valuable space and providing extra space below the belt,
which was not used earlier.
o With system throughput of 1000 Bags/hr, the loading and unloading is
faster, reducing the docking time of the trucks in the bay.
o Heavy loads need not be carried across the floors, thereby reducing the
fatigue and working time inside the cold environment.
o With minimum manpower the loading and un-loading is achievable
even during peak months.
