• I feel like team work is important because they can bond our employee here
in Maha together and contribute to improve Maha to make Maha a better
company. In MCI, we treat each other like family, no formality. If anyone of
us needs help, we will always give our helping hand. I remember there was
once, when we are moving out our office, all of us worked together and do
packing and transporting of equipment to the destination assigned. Other Core Values : Team Spirit
than that, we at MCI will also do a lot of activities together to eliminate the
gaps between us.
