• I would like to share with you a story about pro-activeness. I still remembered
that time when I first joined Maha, in my first 2 months of employment, when I

had a major blunder, instead of getting scolded by Mr Chew, he gave me

suggestive feedback about how to improve and told me not to be more cautious.
It really made me feel happy and relieved. Instead of criticising me, Mr Chew

gave me advice on his own accord to become better. Core Values : Respecfulness
