• In Maha Chemical, as sales staffs, we got the benefit of not being in the office
everyday and we also get our transport covered by the company. But one good
flexibility that is given by MCI is the requesting of urgent leave. Last time in
MCI, we have to go through a very complicated process and it made the staffs
very unhappy. But now, MCI is being very supportive, as long as we have a
reasonable reason, we can get approval easily from our supervisors, and we
can attend to our matters as soon as possible. Flexibility
