PAT (Portable
Appliance Test)
All mains (and site) electrical equipment is PA tested during the procurement and stock phases of their life. This ensures the product is electrically safe. Importantly, and in addition to the final inspection, any electrical product which passes through our Service Centre undergoes a PA test to ensure it continues to be safe for use.
Hand & Arm Vibration Testing
We follow procedures to control exposure to the effects of hand and arm vibration. Specialised test equipment has been manufactured in accordance with vibration measuring standards. Our hand-held air and electric tools are tested using calibrated meters to ensure the user has accurate figures to enable compliance to Health and Safety guidelines.
Torque Wrench Calibration
We offer a competitively priced calibration service for our complete range of mechanical and digital torque wrenches.
Hardness Test
We test the hardness levels at certain points of a tool, ensuring that it complies with the recommended tolerance criteria, thus ensuring it is suitable for its intended purpose.
IBQC Testing
Once catalogued and before being certified approved for sale, all deliveries of products are inspected and tested at the point of unloading. We have always invested heavily in both QC equipment and personnel, resulting in peace of mind that we offer safe and dependable products, which comply with the latest documented standards, where applicable.
