23 van de Arbeidsregeling 2000 zijn de Eerste en Tweede Kerstdag en
Nieuwjaarsdag feestdagen, oftewel officiële vrije dagen.

In accordance with article 22 of Curacao’s Labour regulation, a worker has a
right to earn twice their daily wage (200%) on a holiday. In accordance with
article 23 of the above-mentioned regulation Christmas and New Year’s Day
are official holidays.
