for international and local contractors to meet and initiate cooperation and to provide international contractors
with information on doing business in Aruba.
“The large investments being made over the next several years will not only have a profound impact on the
airport’s infrastructure, but these investments should also provide a much needed boost to Aruba’s local
economy, by increasing local business activity and employment. This construction fair is designed to give
large international construction firms the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Aruba’s local construction
contractors, and consulting companies, in an effort to engage local company participation in The Gateway
2030 expansion project; and provide important information on Aruba’s requirements on establishing a business
entity, taxation system, labor policies, and other important information needed to properly do business in
Aruba. We are convinced that the Construction Fair will be a great tool for local and international construction
companies to meet and engage each other to form strong partnerships, and achieve the necessary balance of
international and local expertise needed to execute a large and complex construction project. We invite all
companies to sign up and be part of this unique business opportunity,” said AAA CEO Mr. James Fazio.
Aruba Airport hereby invites all local and international established and experienced construction companies to
sign up for this (whole day) event via email at construction-aaa@airportaruba.com no later than November 23,
2018.
