Junior Sous Chef
Some Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Sous Chef with all kitchen operations and administration.
Ensure that all prepared food items are according to the established proportion, basic recipes,
displayed photos and to the standards of the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino.
Ensure all working stations are clean, neat, safe and well organized at all times.
Check all prepared food items before distribution to guests, In Room Dining and Banquets.
Have good knowledge of all Food & Beverage items, prices and daily specials served within the
Food & Beverage department.
Required Skills:
This function requires a good physical condition. Able to work under pressure.
Ability to develop new dishes. Passion and love for ingredients. Able to work flexible hours.
Able to work detailed to ensure the optimal guest satisfaction.
Ability to work independently. Minimum Associate Degree in Culinary Management.
