            Armed Utah teachers practice responding to school shootings

                                                                                                                                down  their  coffee  and
                                                                                                                                strapped  into  bulletproof
                                                                                                                                vests, goggles and protec-
                                                                                                                                tive head gear. Above the
                                                                                                                                ringing  of  gunshots,  some
                                                                                                                                teachers discussed summer
                                                                                                                                vacation  plans  and  class-
                                                                                                                                room supply lists.
