Tuscany Residence Aruba started building the first 8 Townhouses

Palm Beach ― Tuscany Residence Aruba is located
on a prime location in Aruba at walking distance of
Palm Beach. After 10 years Tuscany Residence Aru-
ba is laying the foundation for the first 8 Townhous-

On October 24, 2018, the digging started for the
foundation of the first 8 Townhouses of which 4
are already sold! With the sales office right on the
building site Tuscany makes sure the high Europe-
an standards are met. The Townhouses will also be
equipped with European kitchens and bathrooms.
This modern design will be realized with the use of
cellular concrete which is pre-fabricated in The
Netherlands. Cellular concrete is lightweight and
provides structure, insulation and it is fire and mold-
resistant. Because of the fact that it is pre-fabricat-
ed, the building of the Townhouses will go fast and
Tuscany expects the first home owners to move in
by the beginning of June 2019.

Future:
The Tuscany Residence Aruba development project
will consist of 178 homes. Townhouses, 2- and 3-layer
Villas and Condominiums. All on property land. The
prices start from $328.000 to $776.000. This residen-
tial park is a once in a lifetime opportunity when it
