Switch from Assisted to Self




          Service “Just ask me how?”






            As a result of Marketing research held this Summer it
            became evident that branch visitors were interested in
            self-service banking options but wanted one-on-one
            assistance in doing so.

            With the expansion of an “Online Corner” we felt it was
            opportune to target the branch visitors right here by
            implementing  an awareness/educational effort in
            branches to “switch” the users from “assisted to self-
            service banking”
