Nieuwe brandweerwagen voor Curaçao

Willemstad - Een delegatie van de Curaçaose brandweer
is onlangs afgereisd naar Appleton in Wisconsin om de
nieuwe brandweerwagen voor Curaçao te inspecteren,
testen en controleren.
De brandweerwagen van het
merk Pierce is gemaakt volgens
specificaties van de Curaçaose
brandweer. Dit model, de ‘pum-
per’ heeft een capaciteit van
1.500 gallon met een pompcapa-
citeit van eveneens 1.500 gallon
en is uitgerust voor zes brand- Advertentie
weermannen. Als alles volgens
plan verloopt, begint het trans-

ton, via Miami naar Curaçao in
