dan Winery. The dinner will
be combined with a Meet
& Greet. The culinary team
of LG Smith’s Steak & Chop
House prepared an exclu-
sive menu for this night.
Enjoy a 4-course dinner,
in an elegant ambiance
with wines from the Jordan
Wines collection, each
personally and perfectly
selected to accompany
each course. LG Smith’s
Steak & Chop House is
set for an excellent night
were each course will be
complemented by a glass
of Jordan Wine, perfectly
paired to each flavor of
the dish. For the first course
enjoy a Scallop and Arugu-
la combination, followed
by Gnocchi Shrimps in
Lavender Sauce, as main
course a Beef Short Ribs. To
finalize this dinner experi-
ence, a Chocolate Dome
as dessert.
