David Goldberg paid extraordinary attention to the details; what we wanted, our needs,
our concerns. As well as the details surrounding the properties. He made sure we were
aware of any movement on the market that could apply to us and made sure we got in
to see the houses we were interested in...even before the open houses! He provided a
detailed and easy to understand guide to the financial aspects of the areas where we were
looking (history of sold properties, tax information, trends), and he even followed up on
properties that already had offers to see if they were accepting back ups. Perhaps the best
part of working with David was getting to know him. He’s diligent, kind and honest. I can’t
recommend him highly enough!
