1. Cultivate positive energy and respect with your fellow staff members

a. Bring a positive attitude to the dojang everyday

b. Motivate and encourage staff to train and test regularly

c. In the event of disagreement support each other publicly and address issues

privately

d. If there are concerns of questionable behavior of any staff member, bring it to the

attention of Master Orchid immediately. (Withholding information is the same as

condoning).

2. Provide the highest quality instruction EVERY class, EVERY day

a. Teach your BEST interpretation of the American Tigers Teaching Philosophy

b. Implement every document provided to you

c. Ask your colleagues if you are unsure about anything

3. Actively work to test as many eligible students as possible

a. This includes students who are not eligible

b. Attend and contribute at every staff meeting
c. Communicate with staff first, students second

d. Demonstrate consistency with pre-testing & testing

4. Maximize special event attendance

a. Daily announcement preparation

b. Direct staff to assist in promotion

c. Track the participation percentage of every event

5. Develop the skills of the assistant instructors and leadership team

a. Make sure to be capable of teaching the Leadership Program

b. Familiarize yourself with the Leadership curriculum

c. Give constructive feedback regularly

6. Manage the cleanliness of your school

a. Keep your assigned area clean

b. Wet mop three times a week

c. Extra attention to the equipment and furniture on the floor

7. Facility Management Responsibilities

a. Turn on/off the A/C when you arrive/leave
b. Make sure all the doors are locked before you leave

c. Turn off all of the lights
