Creative Placemaking processes are not one-and-done: expect to cycle through several levels of re-processing: you will reassess, reconceptualize, update budgets, continue outreach and revisit decisions. This cannot be emphasized enough, because it allows for the growth and correction that will happen, but cannot be predicted.
