Another world (avatar)

Main space

As the reception gets underway, background music becomes overlaid and interrupted.
Almost imperceptibly to start with. It comes and goes. Odd noises, digital white noise

or Morse code. Odd looking creatures start to appear momentarily. Fog comes and

goes. The noise and appearances build. The creatures become bolder. Lights begin to
flicker. The background music has now shifted to white noise and alien chatter. It

reaches a crescendo.

Suddenly, the sounds stop and the room goes completely black. Dark Side of the

Moon begins to play. On the first guitar note, slowly the curtains open to reveal
through the fog……

As Another World is releveled strange alien creatures welcome the guests and body
painted cocktail waiters serve up curiously coloured drinks that fit around the theme.

Filling the space above the guests will be hundreds of floating seed pods of various

sizes and flying animals all amongst the seed pods are larger Jelly Fish like creatures.

Dominating the space is a 5m high ‘tree of souls’ based on the film Avatar.
Surrounding it is a 7m circular internally lit mirror topped bar. Lasers and moving

lights flicker and flash across the space lighting up the hanging creatures and the tree

of souls. In addition, light and lasers bounce off suspended geometric sails
