Abstract
This article aims to encourage the Sangha Administrators to take part in the
leadership changing Concept of 48-year-old population Traditional farming practices into a new

farming career. To the government's vision is Thailand 4.0., Presentation of process principles
and guidelines for implementation of community learning managementwith highlights the

suitable speech. Because there is awareness of theSangha Administrators is a high quality
human resource at the community and society level. And he have role in cultivating the moral

and ethical knowledge in the operation of the public. And most importantly, it also serves as a
center of community devotion. If the government or related agencies choose the Sangha
Administrators to drive.The model Thailand 4.0 It may be a low return investment.
