Lille and its 87 municipalities form a cross-border, cosmopolitan and eclectic European city of more than one million
inhabitants. At the crossroads of Europe, Lille is located 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Brussels and 90 minutes
from London by train. With more than 100,000 students, Lille is one of the youngest cities in France: 36% of its
population is under 25. Lille offers easy access to culture hosting different museums and a rich heritage.
The Université Catholique de Lille has been founded in 1875 and welcomes about 28 000 students, ranking the
university as the first private university in France. The campus is located at the heart of the city within the Vauban
district, which is a pleasant environment with a lot of stores. International students voted Lille campus to be the
second in France’s Top 10 universities (*www.topito.com, October 22th, 2016) for the quality of its living environment.
By choosing to have another campus close to Paris where lots of other different companies have settled, the faculty of
law in Paris develops training which emphasise on professionalisation as well as on the creation of new partnerships.
The faculty of law thus obviously stresses the importance of the employment needs on Paris area, but also focuses
on the demands for professionals and on the constant evolutions of the law field.

Thanks to a team composed of permanent contributors with the help of professionals and the intervention of an
educationalist following the Lille pedagogical methods. Students are granted with a personalised tailor made
supervision, which allows more convivial and studious atmosphere among students. Such atmosphere is a way to
optimizing student’s chances of success in their law studies and also a way of offering them a maximum of educational
opportunities.
