“So where does our name come from?”
The name Tangia comes from Morocco, a counrty in North Africa filled, with the hustle and bustle
of City life along side tranquil villages seeped in the old traditional ways of the Berber. With
vibrant, colourful Medinas, friendly people and delisious food, from this our inspiration is born.
Where food is not only nourishment but, “Where your’re Welocome”where people cement their
relationships, build new ones, meet, share and laugh together.
Moroccan Tangia (also spelled tanjia) is a dish for friends, colleagues and groups of people who
gather to break bread and enjoy time together without formalities. It’s a communal dish, so people
gather around it to appreciate it better. It is an invigorating dish, subtly spiced and it can also have a
sweet or tangy note (although not both at the same time). Tangia is not for people in a hurry as it
should take its sweet time to cook and be ready to impress
