19.7.9 Specific interface standards
While other parts of the standard discuss various interface types for the common subsea structural components (along with operational considerations, documentation standards and the like), the main concern of the ROV operator is the identification and selection of the proper tool for effec- tively accomplishing the subsea tasks. Detailed in Chapter 20 are descriptions of the common sub- sea interfaces along with standardized tooling.
