Phoebe Dickinson is a London-based painter born in 1984. She attended London Fine Arts to study painting, specialising in portraiture. In 2013 she was nominated for the Portrait Artist of theYear programme produced in conjunction with the National Portrait Gallery and in 2018 was nominated for the BP Portrait Award.
