complete the planning application, a 20% of the full planning application costs, handling fee will be
charged.
Technical set of Drawings Set of mechanical and public health drawings for Bathroom and Kitchen. I ncluding elevations for
plumbing, tilling & small power points distributions.
Electric drawings Specification of all lighting points and small power points f or all areas.
