Stage 1- Ground
floor extension & renovation
(+First Floor bathroom renovation)
The first stage of this Project consisted of the
extension of the back rooms towards the
garden, creating a “green house” effect on
the area that now will be the large dinning,
kitchen and office area of the house. To
create this open concept area, the walls
dividing the cupboard, kitchen and lounge
where demolished, providing great luminosity
to this very pleasant family room.
Other changes on the ground area consisted
of the flooring change, from carpet to dark
wood in the whole ground floor and stairs,
new modern toilet and bespoke furniture for
both rooms.
