• Site Assessment
• Check the site is in accordance with the provisions agreed to by landlord
• Ensure all submitted plans are in accordance with local council, building and
food standard laws.

• Provide full Architecture documents
• Specifications of fittings equipment
• Specifications of colours and finishes to Chipmunk standard
• Apply and manage project application in relation to the fit out works.
• Provide full certification of play centre with regulatory body or private certifier
• Coordinate all safety infrastructure of site including meeting fire regulations.
• Provide al relative construction certificates
• Tender and contract preparation
• Provide fixed price contract for each site

• Construction of site to all specifications
• Integration and assistance of Chipmunk fit out team for play equipment
• Statutory approvals and Compliance
• Occupation Certificate
• Warranty, Defect Period and Maintenance Plan to be provided to Franchisee
