            • First, start by cutting your tomatoes in half; it doesn't matter the cut direction.                                                                                                 • 7 whole Roma tomatoes.

            • Get your whole garlic clove and cut the head off; no need to remove the skin or separate the cloves.                                                                                • One whole garlic clove.


            • Begin to cut the end off the onion head, then cut 1 inch thick of your onions. Do this to both your white and red

            • Place in oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

            • Once it's done, your tomatoes should be soft, and veggies are slightly browned and roasted. Set aside to cool for 5 -                                                               • 2 tbsp nonsalted butter.

            • Grab your small pan and coat with 1 tbsp of butter.

            • Get your bread of choice, add a slice of bread to your pan, add your cheese of choice, put either two slices of


               cheese or 1/2 cup of cheese then your other slice of bread on top.

            • Grab your spatula and flatten your sandwich for 2-3 minutes till it is golden brown like in the photo. Now flip it


               over, add butter to the other side ( if needed ), and repeat the step until done.
