residents from the area to write letters suggesting
how the funds should best be spent. Your letter should
explain:

t what facilities should be provided
t how the new facilities will make a difference to young
people in the area.

range do you think of?
What facilities are currently available for this age group
in your area?
What facilities are missing? Assuming that there is
not enough money for every possible improvement,
make a list of the top three new facilities in order of
importance.
