GETTING THERE
DREAM BIG AND DREAM OFTEN – How much money do I need to make to... How much time do I need to have to...
SET GOALS WITH ACTIONABLE ITEMS – If you do not have a map to where you are going you won’t get there. Make a plan for your goals!
HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE – This is a job without deadlines. It can be easy to say, “I will send out that welcome kit tomorrow. I will schedule a follow up with the person who just bought the starter kit tomorrow.” You need to hold yourself accountable to do those things TODAY. At the end of the night make yourself a to do list with the three things that you absolutely must get done tomorrow and do those things!
WORK ON IMPROVING YOURSELF – I think this is something that is left out all too often. We  nd a common thread in our leaders who feel stuck. And that thread is they don’t take the time to work on self-development. Take the time to  nd a book on leadership or  nd a book to inspire and give you fresh ideas and a new perspective. With it you will renew your dedication to your business.
PUT YOURSELF OUT THERE – It so easy to be afraid of what someone is going to think if you share about oils. Maybe you are afraid to share the business. What if you threw caution to the wind and did share? Maybe you would change the life of that person and in doing so change your own.
