• The school sets a make-up exam date for students with serious conflict in their schedule such as sickness, death in the family, an excused national or international academic or sports competition, and government appointments.
• A make-up examination has no corresponding fee.
• The Make-up/Removal Exam Form is available at the Registrar’s Office for students required to take such an examination.
The schedule for a make-up or removal exam must be properly coordinated with Registrar’s Office in the student’s campus.
• Students who fail to take the make-up or removal examination will automatically get a score of zero.

Students are evaluated at the end of every quarter or semester. The Learner’s Report Card or the School Form 9 (SF9), previously known as the Report Card or Form 138, is the official document that records the quantitative evaluation of the student’s academic and behavioral performances.
