Academic Awards
a. Requirements for Candidates of Academic Honors
• General Weighted Average (GWA)
For Grade 6: 90% or above based on final grades from Grades 4 to 6
For Grade 12: 90% or above based on final grades from Grades 9 to 12
• Residency Requirement
For Grade 6: Has fulfilled the residency of three (3) consecutive school years from Grades 4
to 6
For Grade 12: Has fulfilled the residency of four (4)
consecutive school years from Grades 9 to 12
• Character Requirement b. Ranking
Ranking for academic honors for S.Y. 2020–2021 will be based on the General Weighted Average (GWA) of students from Grades 4 to 6 for Grade School, and from Grades 9 to 12 for High School.
