How to Get Started
To start planning your rain garden, gather the tools and materials listed on
Tools and Materials this page and follow the guidance in this section of the handbook.

CONSIDER LOCAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS
Keep in mind that if you are creating or replacing between 2,000 and 5,000
