Just a note to tell you what a rare pleasure it was doing your show. Fact is, I've spoken
with a number of talk show hosts who could learn some valuable Do's and Don'ts from
Rob, i.e., DO know who you're talking to before you invite them on the air; DON'T
constantly interrupt and try to steer the conversation to something totally unrelated; DO
be so kind as to mention the website or product you'd like the listeners to know about
several times; DON'T time a break so it deflates the end of a good story. Rob is an astute
