My earliest memory of communicating with spirit is age 7 when I remember speaking to my Spirit Guide with my younger brother Greg in our bedroom at night. After dinner, we would sit in the dark on the floor of our bedroom and wait for Mr. Frog to come. (Mr. Frog was the name I gave to my Spirit Guide. Hey, what do you expect? I was only 7-years-old.)
