He is also a Licensed Process Server in District Courts of Harris County. This order is signed by Judge Mark Davidson, Administrative Judge, in Harris County, Texas. Sims also serves Federal citations as well as civil citations. He has a 4th degree black belt in Shotokan Japanese Karate and is completely self-taught in karate.
