                     Q. What is the expected time frame for Fox Payroll to review my employee changes?
                     A. 72 hours or sooner


                     Q . Who do I contact if I have trouble using the website or want more training?

                     A. The Fox Payroll team is available Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (AZ time)
                        at 480-905-6920 or HRCommunications@foxrc.net



                     Q. Will all my employee pay rate changes be approved?
                     A. The Fox Payroll team assumes you have received approval by your regional on employee
                        pay rate increases . The team will only investigate approval on abnormal increase requests .


                     Q. Do I need to create new hire or term PAF’s for the employee’s physical file?
                     A. No


                     Q. What if my other manager entered new hires, how can I be certain any modifications
                        needed are complete?
                     A. If the employee is still in a pending status, click on their name in the list of the new employee
                        queue . If the employee has been added to the system, a PAF must be submitted to make
                        changes . Personal information and tax settings must be changed by the employee .


                     Q. I can’t remember if I sent that, how can I review previous PAF activity?

                     A. The PAF activity report can be accessed from the PAF dashboard or in the report center .
