Wondering why the best price is not showing on an invoice for
a customer?
Remember that SAP Hierachy takes precedence.
eg. If an assortment price is applied to a customer & this is
more $ than a replacement price, then that is what the
customer will be charged.
It is up to you as the BDE to manage this, customer by
customer. So be aware….
