Updating the Store Contact Number
              attached to the Customer

5 Expand the Address field and then tap on Edit. Type in the new
    Store Phone Number – you can enter either a Mobile Number of a
    Landline Number.
    Note: If Landline Number you must enter the Area Code first

6 Tap on Next until you come to the end and then Submit

7 CRM is updated immediately. This means that the NSC will have
    visibility of the updated Store Number once the eForm has been
    submitted

NOTE: SaM will not be updated until the next day
