Customer Credit using Financial Article

1 Tap on Financial Articles located on left hand side of screen. This
will display all of the available Financial Articles that you can use.

2 Enter the dollar value you are crediting the Customer
3 Tap on Products (located at bottom left hand side of screen) and

you will see the value that you have credited the Customer.

Note: a) the invoice cannot be a negative invoice
b) the credit value off the invoice must be less than $249.00
