Working on both sides simultaneously using palm pads, gently press the customer’s shoulders toward her feet.
Repeat 3 times.
Working on both sides simultaneously, place your hand on the top shoulders. Use your thumbs to press along the sides the spine on the neck and upper back area.
Lip Mask
Stretch your  ngers to create an “L” shape with your hands. Working on both sides simultaneously, using the thumb and index  nger, to
pick up and lift the customer’s top shoulder muscles in  rm pressure. Repeat 3 times.
One hand at a time, relieve tension by pressing the upper back area with your palm pads in a rhythmic motion.
One hand at a time, relieve tension by pressing the upper back area with your palm pads in a rhythmic motion.
Lift your  ngers from the shoulders, sweeping downward along the shoulder blades and feather off.
