  Theory of Operant Conditioning
• Its originator, Skinner argued that;
• Rewarding consequences will strengthen an action or behaviour, through either positive or negative reinforcement.
• Negative consequences will weaken an action or behaviour, through punishment.
• If we receive a reward on completion of an action we are more likely to reproduce that action again.
    Do you tell your athletes it’s good when it is not. Stop ! Provide accurate feedback
