每一天的职场当中，为自己和同事带来欢喜与富足？

除此之外，佛教徒应该如何好好地经营这一期的生命，乃至于在未成佛前，妥
善且永续地经营好这一个色身？

Before heading to work, we all check our phones, wallets, computers, and briefcases
to make sure we have everything we need before leaving. But, do you remember to
bring a "Zen mind" with you as well?

In a challenging workplace environment, how can we use Zen practices to infuse
boundless enthusiasm into each day, bringing joy and abundance to ourselves and our
colleagues?

Besides, how should Buddhists manage this lifetime and, until they achieve
enlightenment, sustainably and appropriately take care of their physical bodies?
