Good morning Aaliyah, as discussed in class last week, this is the first of two interviews that I will conduct with you This is an assessment interview which seeks to assess your individual participation in the activities of your group You can earn a maximum of 5 marks for this aspect of the SBA Please ensure that you think carefully before you respond Also, ensure that you provide as much evidence as you are able to This will better enable me to evaluate the extent of your individual participation and award you a score that truly reflects your level of participation.

Do you know what you are expected to do to work well in a team? If you do, please tell me some of the things that you have done so far or that you know you should do
Yes Teacher Freeman, I know what is expected and I have been doing all these things I keep a notebook with the contact information of all my group members and I do call to follow-up on tasks and on decisions that we need to make Also, I always complete my assigned tasks thoroughly and on time and I advise the group leader the minute my tasks are complete There are two other important things Teacher Freeman, ... I always ensure that I am early for group meetings and I listen as each of the other group members make their contribution and when I have an input, I do so clearly and concisely
