Cindy Randell - Property Manager

Cindy has been a Property Manager with First National Real Estate
Busselton since 1999. She enjoys helping people with the transitions

involved in leasing properties and the requirements of being a home owner
of an investment property. She finds the work as a property manager very

satisfying and the team spirit the department shows is second to none in
Busselton, and they are determined to offer the best service in the city.

Busselton, Emma believes that honesty, communication and attention to

detail are the keys to success. Emma enjoys the challenge that working in

Tracy Cracknell - Property Manager

With almost two decades of experience in property management, Tracy
began her real estate career as a Property Manager in Dunsborough, in
both residential, commercial and holiday management before relocating to
Perth to manage Property Management teams. Tracy worked in the city
area for 10 years but always maintained a strong connection to the South
West and relocated home 6 years ago.
This breadth of experience has exposed Tracy to all facets of property man-
agement including trust accounting, business development, leasing and

Jessica Anderson - Property Manager Assistant

Jessica joined the First National Estate Busselton team in March 2019 and
is excited to enhance her career with one of the most experienced proper-

ty management teams in the South West. She enjoys the varied roles of
Property Management and assisting our team in providing our clients and
tenants with the best possible service. Jessica has had varied roles in the

property industry over the past 15 years, including as a legal team assistant
and property conveyancing. Jess is proud to call herself a Busselton resi-
dent and enjoys spending the weekends exploring the South West with jessica@busseltonfn.com
her 3 children.
