During your educational program here
at Zoo Atlanta, students will discover
the similarities and differences in the
regions of Georgia, the flow of energy,
and roles of organisms. After the
instructor-led program, your students
will have the opportunity for a self-
guided study of the individual exhibits
that make up Zoo Atlanta.

Fernbank has multiple programs that
align with GSE 7th Grade Life Science.
You will have a choice of multiple
programs here, and each program
consists of an auditorium or outdoor
program, a tour of the accompanying
exhibition hall, and a giant screen movie
that brings the lesson to life. Program
options include Amazing Animals,
Georgia’s Natural Regions, Habitats and
Ecosystem Diversity, or Nature Across
The Curriculum.
