The only way to retain that new RV look is to clean your RV often.
Use cleaners designed specifically for RVs. For rubber roofing most
manufacturers recommend using a medium bristle brush and a non-
abrasive cleaner designed for rubber roofs. Do not use any cleaners
or conditioners that contain petroleum solvents, harsh abrasives, or
citrus ingredients on rubber roofing material.

Inspecting the seams and sealants on your RV and resealing areas that
need attention can add years of life to your RV. You should inspect
the seams and sealants twice a year at a minimum. If you notice any
cracking or separation in the sealant it’s important that you reseal the
area with a sealant compatible with the surface you are sealing. If you
are not comfortable inspecting and resealing the seams and sealants
