time and it is quite healthy especially when you trim the fat off the meat. It can
be fascinating and mouth watering. Try grilling vegetables, meats and even
fruits for an exciting new adventure. Learn to explore the art of grilling. Sit and
relax while your meal is on the grill. Focus on the art of using fresh new grilling
techniques then simply feast on the results. You can learn to virtually grill any

this simple recipe.
Grill-luscious medley on a stick
Tender boneless chicken breast, fresh cut carrots, red, green, yellow, and
orange peppers, sweet onions, zucchini, apples and pineapples on a stick.
Served over a bed of brown rice. Served with a spinach salad.
. Cut and cube the boneless chicken breast
. Cut and cube all the vegetables and fruit.
. Rotate each of them on the stick
. Cook your brown rice to a fluffy perfection
. Place it on the grill for 5 -8 minutes
. Serve on a plate over the brown rice.
. Toss spinach, shredded carrots, and a light dressing together add grated
cheese (optional)
